Provide a place of solace and beauty to memorialize the dead while consoling families and individuals with compassion and dignity;

Preserve, protect and strengthen all cemetery assets and to be its stewards for future generations; and,

Perpetuate the life of the Bartlett Cemetery by conserving land and protecting the character of its landscape.
